Kaila’s Acai Berry Granola Bowl

  • 1 Pint Acai Sorbet
  • Pineapple
  • Banana
  • 1 Cup Mixed Fresh Berries, Such as Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, or Blackberries
  • 2/3 Cup Paul’s Firehouse Granola
  • 2 Tablespoons 100% Grade B Maple Syrup (Optional)

Scoop the acai sorbet into two individual bowls and top each with a generous serving of your favorite fresh berries. Feel free to mix it up and try different combinations, based on what’s in season and what you enjoy most. Sprinkle granola over the top, and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
